This is a compilation of original music, modern arrangements of traditional folk music, and arrangements of old hymns. The instrumentation is all acoustic: guitars, violin, viola, cello, mandolin, and banjo. It was commissioned for a theatrical performance of the play The Grapes of Wrath, directed by Shelby Brammer, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma in February 2017.
